Summary/Abstract: Central to the novel is the institution of the mystical will, a will that keeps existing only in the light of the Old Civil Code. The reason why we chose this theme is because we believe it is worth to be brought back, due to its particular importance. Firstly, the classified component is a primary aspect that deserves to be reintroduced into the legislation. Secondly, it can be signed and presented only before the judge or the notary, aspects that increase the solemn component. At the same time, since it would be placed in an envelope and no one would know about its contents, the causes of indignity would decrease because no one would pay attention to the life of the testator, since they would not know that he submitted a will.
