Summary/Abstract: Technological innovations that could be introduced into the judicial system undeniably have immense advantages and disadvantages in equal measure. That is why the mind must not be driven towards exaggeration, nor towards diminishment, but towards the middle path of virtue, of the heart. First of all, such a system could clear up the situation facing the courts, and the litigants' right to a fair trial – in the optimal term – could be respected. Moreover, the participants in the execution of the judicial act (the judge, the litigant, the lawyer and any other participant) can be present at the same time, without being in the same place. At the same time, the costs of the whole procedure would be low. However, in order for all these advantages to be quantified, courts require technological systems which, unfortunately, they do not have. Of course, returning to the disadvantages, such a practice could diminish the human factor, but both the advantages and disadvantages of this technology are obvious.
