Summary/Abstract: In the context of contemporary social challenges, this article highlights the crisis of knowledge and the necessity of synthesizing knowledge domains to mitigate their effects. Additionally, it argues that pre-university music education, beyond the classical teaching style, can adopt a transdisciplinariy vision to address the needs of students in an ever-changing society. From this perspective, the musical phenomenon is regarded as multimodal; it engages all human faculties, representing an expressive mode of social interaction within an ethically cultural context. The article offers an example of good practice carried out exclusively in the virtual environment, in which the dimensions of transdisciplinarity in the piano discipline are explored.
