Impact and effectiveness of the library in the modern dimensions of the institution and its staff

Summary/Abstract: The research paper points at the values that the library creates for communities and individual users. A new look at the mechanisms for establishing the library institution among contemporary public institutions leads to components that can be used to build and strengthen its authority and public prestige. The expressed opinions are based on trends in library performance, as well as on organizational theory, organizational behavior, and organizational culture. These values open up the market niche for library products and services and, above all, outline a new approach to the visibility of the library in the modern world.
