Summary/Abstract: The increase in the frequency of transport, in addition to the positive effects in the market economy, brings with it negative effects on the environment and implicitly on human life. The general objective of the states of the European Union, as well as of the other states, is to limit the polluting impact of the means of transport, imposing a series of measures in this sense by adopting some normative acts.
