Summary/Abstract: Ethnochoreology as a science that studies the old folk-dance tradition,which took its place in the last moments of its extinction, is specific to be researched from today's perspective. Nowadays, with the development of the technique, technology and the fast lifestyle, the true value of social life is being lost. The heritage, tradition, and communication in everyday life - the three forms of existence of folklore and folk culture in the modern world indicate the need for people and communities of this kind of culture. One of the factors of preserving and valorizing traditional culture are ethnographic films, which in the last decade have been quite popular among the young population of experts in the field of folklore.
