Summary/Abstract: D. Popovici and Ioana Em. Petrescu, father and daughter, are two well-known literary critics in the field of Eminescu’s poetry. This work aims to realize a comparison between the interpretive manner of D. Popovici (regarding Eminescu’s poetry) and the interpretive manner of Ioana Em. Petrescu. We will focus on the similarities, the differences, but also the particularities of each critical method.
