Summary/Abstract: The interpretation of the criminal law is that logical-rational operation to clarify the content of a criminal law, to find out and explain the real meaning of the law, according to the will of the legislator who adopted it.In the process of theoretical and practical knowledge of the legal provisions, the interpretation of the criminal law is necessary, no matter how clearly it is formulated, for a better legal framing of the facts by the perfect incorporation of the factual situation in the legal framework fixed by the criminal legal norms.
