Summary/Abstract: For the international prosecutors and judges, making use of negotiating justice is a subject of controversy. Although rarely, this solution is used when prosecutors decide it is opportune, due to particular circumstances in certain cases. In this material are analysed some of the reasons both for, and against, the use of this special procedure, regarding the activity of the International Criminal Court, and also the - foreseeable one - of the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
