Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the summary proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code, which aim to accelerate the criminal procedure. The conditions for efficiency of the summary proceedings introduced in the Criminal Procedure Code as a guarantee of the principle of hearing and deciding of the cases within a reasonable time are discussed in detail.
