Summary/Abstract: This study examines the types of protection against discrimination depending on the legal, judicial and institutional mechanisms. A study was made on the administrative legal protection as a guarantor of the state for equal treatment of all citizens. Both the national system for protection against discrimination and the international legal system have been studied. Conclusions are drawn about the activity of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination, as the main legal regulator in the application of the administrative legal protection against discrimination.
