Summary/Abstract: Criminal judgments can be enforced in fractions, hypothesis in which some rules that can guide the activity of judges and clerks delegated to the criminal enforcement departments of the courts could be the following: the provisions relating to a defendant can be enforced independently, at a different time than those relating to the other defendants; the provisions concerning the criminal side of the case can be enforced before the provisions concerning the civil side remain final; provisions regarding the perpetration by the same defendant of some crimes that are the subject of the same file cannot be enforced fractionally, at different times.
