Summary/Abstract: This article contains an analysis of the most recent EU legal acts concerning online platforms and pays particular attention on Digital Services Act. The author regards the newest amendments through the lens of economic analysis and human rights law and comes to the conclusion that modern European legislation is based on economic reasoning which is used for the purposes of better protection of human rights.
