Summary/Abstract: Technologies using artificial intelligence are increasingly shaping the new standard of contemporary social life. In a highly technological world, the integration of various intelligent systems in as many spaces of social life as possible becomes the principle of ordering the surrounding world. Beyond all the benefits that a social space dominated by intelligent systems offers, there are challenges and problems that these systems raise. Human rights must not be undermined by artificial intelligence systems; we must instead find ways in which these technologies will strengthen human rights.
