Summary/Abstract: The article aims to trace religious changes in ancient Capua, based on the ac- tivities of three cult sites: the sanctuary in Fondo Patturelli, which comes from the time of the Etruscan foundation of the city, and the temples of Diana and Jupiter located on the slopes of Mount Tifata . The first was founded in the Oscan era, and the other was established in the 2nd century BC . The Sanctuary of Fondo Patturelli, used consecutively by all groups of the inhabitants, was abandoned in the 1st century BC, while the other two temples continued their activity . Overtime, the Temple of Diana completely domi- nated the religious landscape of the city and its immediate vicinity .
