Summary/Abstract: With the developing technology, concepts such as digitalization of public services, eGovernment and governance constitute the main topics of discussion, and publications in this field are increasing today. The aim of this study is to conduct a bibliographic analysis of the articles published in the field of political science and public administration with digital public service content. In this context, articles written in the field of political science and public administration and about digital public service were analyzed using bibliographic analysis. VOSviewer software was used to analyze the data obtained. The scope of the research consists of 765 articles published between 1992 and 2023 and whose content is related to digital public service. Thus, the articles written on digital public service content were analyzed in the categories of most cited author, article, journal, university, and country. In addition, the articles were subjected to word analysis, so that the most frequently repeated concepts were identified. In this direction, the most frequently used concept was identified as e-Government, and authors, articles, journals, universities and countries with strong network relationships with each other were identified.
