Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the main features of the culture of military administration. In the article, attention is paid to the main issues such as leadership style, leadership principles, and methods in military management, and extensive analyses of the role of military culture in building a modern army are given. The culture of military management is sharply different from the management cultures existing in other social institutions operating in the society due to its content, practical methods and principles, as well as theoretical possibilities, and different authors try to analyze it from different directions and from different viewpoints. In addition, the military management culture is also sharply different according to its specifics, as the management methods are different in the armies of states that are in contrast to each other according to the forms of political management. Starting from here, the author tried to investigate the development dynamics of this concept in Azerbaijan in recent years. At the end of the article, there are effective proposals that include improving the quality of management culture in the military field. In the end, the author comes to the conclusion that in military management, the methods, methods, and principles applied by the officers - the persons who implement this process in the course of dealing with their subordinate personnel, are an indicator of their professionalism, moral-intellectual level, play an important role. These management tools make it possible to ensure effective coordination of various aspects of the life of the military. According to the author, in order to organize service activities in the military field at the level of today's requirements, every officer should be interested in implementing the following elements of military management culture: To create a healthy and favorable moral and social-psychological environment in order to increase the service motivation of subordinates; In performing their duties with high professionalism and expected objectivity; Continuously increasing the level of scientific-theoretical and practical intellectual development; In turning the principles of humanism and justice into a motto of life; Taking into account the results of sociological research when making decisive decisions of importance for the military field.
