The study aims to examine the contributions of digital education platforms to educational processes, student learning experiences, teacher effectiveness, and issues such as accessibility. This research employs a qualitative research method. Data was gathered from school administrators in 10 primary and secondary schools in Adıyaman through semi-structured interviews based on the phenomenological approach. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the participants' viewpoints, it was determined that digital education platforms significantly contribute to educational management. Administrators emphasized that these platforms enhance student learning experiences, increase teacher effectiveness, and optimize processes such as curriculum development and student progress tracking.
