Summary/Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the opinions and experiences of school administrators on the use of Document Management System (DMS). DYS is used as an important tool in educational institutions to facilitate document management, increase efficiency and organize information flow. This study was conducted to understand the contributions of DYS to school management processes and to identify potential challenges. The study collected data through a semi-structured questionnaire survey of administrators in schools at different levels of education. The administrators' experiences in areas such as the use of the LMS, ease of access, document security, student records, and teacher communication were assessed. The findings show that the DYS has a positive impact on school management, facilitating the organization of documents and increasing efficiency. In addition, the importance of DYS in ensuring the security of student data was emphasized. The study provides important insights that can guide school administrators on how to effectively utilize the IMS. The results provide valuable perspectives that can help educational institutions fully realize the potential of DYS and make their document management processes more efficient.
