The education system is critical to a country's success and effective management of this system is vital for student achievement, teacher satisfaction and school community development. In this context, the length of time school administrators are in the school and the quality of that time play an important role in the quality of the educational environment. In this study, the relationships between the working time of school administrators and performance indicators such as student achievement, teacher satisfaction, overall school performance and parent satisfaction were analyzed with statistical methods. The results of the study show that in schools where school administrators spend more time, student achievement increases, teacher satisfaction increases and the overall performance of the school is better. In addition, quality time spent by school administrators increases student, teacher and parent satisfaction and strengthens the social acceptance of the school.
