Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the termination of membership in the management board of an association as a legal fact with consequences. Particular attention is drawn to the following termination grounds: death of the natural person; placing the latter under full guardianship; exclusion of the member from the association; the unilateral declaration of the member’s intent; and the dismissal of management board members by a decision of the association’s general meeting.
