Summary/Abstract: In the global environment, internal and external factors are changing rapidly. Managers must have new knowledge and competencies to adapt to change. Businesses apply different strategies to be successful in an intense competitive environment. Managers use different tools to be successful. One of these is digital leadership. Digital leaders encourage innovation and transformation in the organization by using digital technologies and tools. Digital leaders also help the organization to be efficient in creating a digital culture. As a result of these strategies, businesses become successful and continue on their way. The focus of the research is on the concepts of digital leadership and digital culture as digital transformation strategies. The literature research concluded that digital leadership and digital organizational culture are effective in being successful in digital transformation strategies.
