Summary/Abstract: One of the most prime issue of the world we live in is violence. Violence against employees in the healthcare sector in Turkey, which continues to increase, remains important. In this study, violence in the health sector was examined. The powers of private security are legally defined. In addition, legislation regarding the safety of employees and patients in the healthcare sector was also examined.
