Summary/Abstract: So that there are no confusions and different interpretations about the „biblical truth” regarding the „divine origin of crime”, about „the existence of a crime gene, of the murderous instinct left to man from God”, according to the biblical perception that says that „nothing could exist, cannot exist and will never exist in the world apart from the will of God”, the approach to these problems will be made, in this article, only on the basis of the relevant texts from the Bible, the Old Testament, the Book of „Genesis”, called and „The Making,” in which the emphases are mine.
