Summary/Abstract: In researching human activities, regardless of their contemporary nature, one cannot escape the realization that they all share ancestral roots and echo archetypal patterns from distant and recent times. Management, despite its avant-garde behavior as a futuristic business discipline, is undeniably anchored in historical traces. When we think about management in a broader context, especially its intersection with culture, our thinking naturally approaches production, creativity and the market. These areas emerge as key spaces for the exchange of a vast array of human creations, deeply embedded in the complex social organization of our species. The annals of history generously reveal countless examples that serve as testimony to the conscious awareness and practice devoted to nurturing and historically documenting the diverse products of human labor
