Summary/Abstract: As in the framework of educational management, many approaches and theories have been developed by scientists about management in general from the last century to the present. In this context, significant changes have been observed in the different combinations of educational understanding within the framework of the historical development process of management science. These differences between the traditional and modern educational understanding are increasing with increasing Deceleration every day and the differences between them are Decelerating. In parallel with the developments in the understanding of education, the classical student-teacher relationship has lost its validity today. As can be seen in all modern educational concepts today, the student assumes an interactive role as a self-instructor, a member of the learning team, while the teacher assumes the identity of a recommending educator, game organizer, moderator, educational environment creator, as well as a classical knowledge transmitter position. Within the framework of this context, it is possible to observe that the approaches in management science and the educational management concepts that are moving towards specialization depending on the developments in these approaches are also improving every day.
