Summary/Abstract: It is possible to come across many reviews, studies and researches related to motivation within the framework of educational management. When the literature is examined, it is seen that there are different definitions of motivation, many books, articles, publications and Internet pages related to motivation. When we consider some definitions, we reach many definitions of the word motivation. Motivation is defined as mobilizing employees and encouraging them to work in order to ensure that both the institution and the employee get satisfaction from the work done. In another definition, motivation is defined as the name given to the factor that leads individuals to certain behaviors in certain situations different definitions of motivation, it seems that there are many books, articles, publications and Internet pages related to motivation. When we consider some definitions, we reach many definitions of the word motivation. Motivation is defined as mobilizing employees and encouraging them to work in order to ensure that both the institution and the employee get satisfaction from the work done. In another definition, motivation is defined as the name given to the factor that leads individuals to certain behaviors in certain situations. Managers working in educational institutions are obliged to employ their employees in accordance with the goals of their organizations. When employing their employees, they should keep their morale and motivation at the highest level so that the highest level of efficiency can be obtained from the work done. Psychologically, it is necessary to influence employees and increase their motivation. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to increase the motivation rate to the highest level. The purpose of organizations is to achieve the goal. If the goals are not achieved, employees become unsuccessful and unhappy. In order for employees to be successful, they must be financially, spiritually, psychologically satisfied. The work that working people do affects their morale, the relationships with their colleagues, the work with their superiors. The forms of communication within the organization directly affect the morale of employees. It is seen that the attitudes and behaviors of the education manager in the school have a direct effect on the morale of teachers. A high-quality executive communication will increase the efficiency of the teacher as well as the motivation.
