Summary/Abstract: Aim: The main purpose of this study is to determine the impact of working conditions on job satisfaction and intention to leave among motor couriers. Method: To achieve the research aim, data was collected from a total of 266 participants. Correlation and regression analysis techniques were utilized in the study to investigate the relationships between different variables. Findings: The analysis of the collected data has revealed important information. Especially, the results indicate a significant and positive relationship between working conditions and job satisfaction. Furthermore, this research has revealed a negative and statistically significant relationship between working conditions and turnover intention. Conclusion: According to the research findings, improving working conditions enhances the job satisfaction of motor couriers and reduces their turnover intention. This result indicates that organizational managers should pay attention to working conditions.
