Summary/Abstract: Knowledge, which has been valuable since the beginning of human existence, has become much more valuable for innovation. In innovation, briefly defined as the implementation of new and original ideas, the knowledge used for idea generation, which is the first stage, basically has two forms: explicit and implicit. The explicit one is publicly available and easily accessible. The other is the knowledge that is gained as a result of people's experience and is more valuable because it has not yet become public. This study discusses the use of networking behavior to access tacit knowledge. It aims to reveal the relationship between the use of networking behavior to access tacit knowledge for innovation and individual innovation skill. A statistically significant relationship was found between networking behavior and innovation skill. However, it was observed that networking behavior has a more significant effect on innovation skill with cooperation from inside or outside the organization, but definitely at the individual level. As a result, it can be concluded that in organizations in the creative industries where creative and innovative products are produced, it is important for employees to use networking behavior to access valuable tacit knowledge, and that networking behavior can increase both individual innovation skills and organizational innovation activities.
