Summary/Abstract: The provision of diverse and developable youth policies is of key importance for the development of the "Youth and Sports" sector in the country. Detailing policies through dialogue between young people, municipalities and the state and bringing them into the form of a strategy will contribute to the development of competent youth and working civil organizations.
