Summary/Abstract: Conflicts are an integral part of the life of an organization. Many different types of conflicts arise and develop in most organizations. Prerequisite for this are the constant interactions between different actors - individuals and groups, in the process of their joint activities and communication. The sources of conflicts are diverse - from the structural characteristics of the organization to the incompatibility of the characters, values or interests of individuals. In multicultural organizations, sources of conflict can be differences in language, beliefs, values, traditions, and customs. Managers must first understand the causes of these conflicts in multicultural organizations and then successfully deal with their resolution. The aim of this study is to present some features of conflicts in multicultural organizations, based on literature sources and to outline possible strategies for dealing with conflicts in multicultural organizations.
