Financial Aspects In Human Resources Management In The Conditions Of Covid-19

Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the financial aspects and issues related to labour organization and human resource management in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Attention is paid to the rights and obligations of employers and workers in a pandemic and the challenges facing HR professionals. A review of the legislation on the introduced measures and restrictions affecting employers and employees has been made. The Green Certificate innovation is seen as a necessity to restart the economy or restrict the rights and freedoms of citizens. In summary, the main conclusions are drawn about the need to implement new integrated models for human resources management in Bulgaria. The new integrated management models are based on cloud software, systems for integration of all human resources management activities, flexible working day and working week, financial capable employees.
