Summary/Abstract: Information services in libraries are very important and necessary for the work process in librarianship. Thanks to high-quality information contributes to stabilization of knowledge and skill, and allows the use of library users for good work and service. This paper discusses the good Information and Documentation departments that are an integral part of every library.
