Summary/Abstract: The economic cooperation of enterprises, in particular a structural type of industry associations forms, chambers of commerce, etc. create inter-learning opportunities. This paper presents the results of empirical studies of the benefits and expectations of the respondents related to the participation in the forms of economic cooperation of a structural nature and the ability to transfer knowledge in this type of organization that allows interorganizational learning to their member companies. The paper also shows recommendations for changes in mental models of the participation in organizations such associations and the benefits of using transactional memory system to improve the interoperability and interlearning.
