Summary/Abstract: Researching of organization culture phenomenon began from 70's years of the 20th century. Upon the influence of Japanese success in production process many cultural researches began and they have shown sole importance of the human factor, strictly, it's said about values, standards and attitudes which steer perceptions, thoughts, emotions and relationship between members of organization. In our surroundings concept of organization culture isn't enough elaborated and there are many definitions for term culture of organization. Endeavour to emphasize better the importance of library culture, it's good to begin with the event from everyday practice. The essence of culture of organization has got great importance as for librarians so as for users. It means that library culture has a great affect to presentation of every library. Many library managers' needs arose from these things as to be more educated and being more qualified, at first to control it and later, if there are needs, to change library culture. Motivation in work of library staff is one of the most important factors of human resources in one library. In Republic of Macedonia there are rules about being of financial and non financial motivation. Financial motivation in work of library staff in Macedonia founded by lagislator that prescribed in existent law for librarianship and promoted professional categories. However, hierarchy in these categories, except moral satisfaction, ought to provide some remunerations with the salary. The awarding means valorization of library employees' hard work and it's very important factor of motivation in work. Meanwhile, awarding screens danger of conflicts amongst library staff, because it referres to the highly educated employees.
