Summary/Abstract: Old Anatolian Turkish, derived from the dialect characteristics of the migrating Oghuz Turks starting from the 11th century, served as the written language and laid the foundation for Turkish language and literature in Anatolia. The earliest written works from this period date back to the 13th century. Despite certain spelling challenges due to Arabic script, extensive research has revealed the language features of Old Anatolian Turkish. Among these works, 'Terceme-i Kitâbü'l-Ahlâk' exemplifies the linguistic traits of this era. This study aims to assess 'Terceme-i Kitâbü'lAhlâk,' located in Çorum Hasan Paşa Provincial Public Library with inventory number 19 Hk 34879 under the Turkish Manuscripts Institution, in terms of its linguistic characteristics and spelling peculiarities of Old Anatolian Turkish.
