Summary/Abstract: Research on creativity in organizations has so far focused on level participant of an organization or team. This study aims to fill this gap by defining organizational creativity as a strategic variable. For this purpose it was used the concept of dynamic organizational capabilities and the above-mentioned creativity was defined as organizational creativity, which is a two-dimensional construct described by novelty and usefulness. The obtained research results provide further arguments in favor validity of the conceptualization and measurement of organizational creativity in a multidimensional approach. The implications of the obtained results for further research on creativity were also discussed in organizations.
