Summary/Abstract: This study was conducted to show that today’s organizations can gain competitive advantage by increasing their organizational-based self-esteem and commitment of their human resources by managing talents. In order to reveal this relationship, a face-to-face questionnaire was applied to 221 people working in companies operating in Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and engaged in air cargo transportation. These data obtained as a result of the survey were evaluated using SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and AMOS 24.0 (Analysis of Moment Structures) package programs. As a result of the evaluation, it has been determined that organization-based self-esteem has a partial mediating role in the effect of talent management on organizational commitment. As a result of the difference tests, organization-based self-esteem; It has been determined that there are differences according to age, department, position and monthly income level.
