Summary/Abstract: Our article Chromatic adjectives and chromatic epithets in Dumbrava minunata addresses how qualifying adjectives reflect Mihail Sadoveanu's subjectivity in this text. We set out to identify, classify and analyze the most commonly used qualifying adjectives, namely the chromatic adjectives in this text. The epithet is the most important stylistic figure of the chromatic adjective. The semantics of the chromatic adjective are wide and varied in The Wonderful Grove.
