Summary/Abstract: In the first half of 1932, the West newspaper revealed, in its pages, the excellent Romanian‑Czechoslovak cultural, scientific, political and military relations, the common position within the Little Understanding and the League of Nations, as well as some difficulties encountered in economic relations, caused the predominantly industrial profile of Czechoslovakia’s economy, as well as the requests to protect their own products, launched by the Czechoslovak peasants. Anyway, these reports were also reflected at the regional level, and Czechoslovakia remained a reliable partner of Romania in the Little Entente, a reliable ally in the League of Nations and the Disarmament Conference, a firm supporter of French foreign policy in this part of the European continent, just like our country was, by the way.
