REVIEW OF THE RESULTS OF THE INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH OF THE THRACIAN TOMB AT THE VILLAGE OF SVESHTARI (ON THE OCCASION OF THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF ITS DISCOVERY)

Summary/Abstract: The Thracian tomb near the village of Sveshtari was discovered in 1982 and three years later it was included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. For four decades after its discovery the tomb has been researched interdisciplinary. This short review is an attempt to present the tomb through the eyes of its researches. The occasion is the fortieth anniversary of its discovery.
