Les métaphores dans le domaine de la boulangerie en français et en italien
Metaphors in the Domain of Bakery in French and in Italian

Summary/Abstract: This research focuses on the study of metaphorical terms in the domain of bakery in French and in Italian, starting with the constitution of a comparable corpus, in order to consider their discursive behaviour. The different typologies of metaphors detected in the corpus are analysed according to the classification criteria proposed by Prandi (2002; 2010): catachresis, shared metaphorical concepts, and terminological metaphors which are also linked to the production of bread. The analysis focuses on the validation process of the term that produces some coherent and shared analogies.
