A joint mixed proxy in the insurance company

Summary/Abstract: This article is focused on the joint mixed proxy in the insurance company which acts as a joint stock company. The author explains what the joint mixed proxy is in Polish law and presents relations be- tween the joint mixed representation and the joint mixed proxy. Moreover, a subject of analysis is the resolution of the Supreme Court of 30 January 2015, file No. III CZP 34/14, and the consequences of this resolution. The Supreme Court decided that the joint mixed proxy is inadmissible and, as a con- sequence, registration of this type of proxy in the National Court Registers is not allowed. The above- mentioned problem is considered from the perspective of the insurance company.
