Summary/Abstract: The Blinken OSA Archivum Jewish Studies Collection (the Archivum) at Central European University (CEU) in Budapest, Hungary holds an important archival collection about Jewish lives in East-Central Europe, with a highlight on the Cold War and beyond: the 1990s. Neither community archives, nor archives of Jewish institutions, the Archivum highlights overlooked histories of Jewish communities that the official media behind the Iron Curtain didn’t make public for political reasons.
