Summary/Abstract: Promentors is an international project. Its participants look for inspiration to improve the quality of teacher education based on the principles of the various mentoring models. In May this year, the field of their research became Lublin. In response to this need, a team from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin organised a four-day meeting during which foreign guests, students, methodological advisors from Lublin, directors of various educational institutions (state and non-public) and teachers had the opportunity to exchange experiences and effects of their mentoring activities.
