Precious Venice Print in JHI Collections

Summary/Abstract: In the course of works on a collection of old Hebrew prints from the Jewish Historical Institute collections, one of the books preserved there with the title page missing was identified as the original print of the work by Moshe ben Josef di Trani "Kirjat sefer" (Venice: Aloisio Bragadini, 1551). The book is one of the oldest Hebrew prints in the library collections.
