Zero hours contract

Summary/Abstract: The article raises the question of the necessity to introduce the zero hours contract into the Bulgarian employment law. By looking at the advantages and disadvantages of this legal institute, both for the employee and the employer, the author takes the position that adequate measures can be implemented and this instrument can be successfully applied to bring flexibility and new opportunities to the labour market in Bulgaria.
