Summary/Abstract: The article aims to discuss two diplomatic and military missions to Paris carried out by Bolesław Długoszowski (aka ‘Wieniawa’) in the first half of 1919. In both cases, he was an envoy of Józef Piłsudski, whose interests he represented in France during the Paris Peace Conference. While there, Długoszowski dealt with crucial problems related to the reconstruction of the Polish state, including strengthening its military potential and establishing relations with the Entente powers and the Polish National Committee.
