Summary/Abstract: The article substantiates the need for the formation of a humanistic educational environment in the process of training future professionals. Based on analysis of the literature the definition of the essence of the humanistic educational environment have been specified. The author reveals the features of creating the humanistic educational environment and the basics of its implementation. The main directions of formation of the humanistic educational environment in high school are presented. The unfavorable conditions that affect the quality of humanistic education and upbringing in the educational institution are analyzed.
