Summary/Abstract: The role of the Eucharist in shaping moral life is enormous and, in fact, thanks to the Eucharist we can understand the essence of Christian life. It is therefore not surprising that Pope Benedict XVI so often addressed the topic of the Eucharist in his teaching. In this way, he wanted to deepen and revive the cult of Jesus Eucharist among believers. In his teaching, he showed the Eucharist as the greatest treasure given to man in order to shape moral life. He constantly reminded us of the obligations arising from participation in the Eucharist. Due to its specificity, the Eucharist contains moral calls: to a sacrificial attitude, to feed on the bread of life, to praise and give thanks, and to live by faith and love. Fulfilling all these attitudes and moral calls in everyday life is the path to progress in the Eucharistic life.
